Job Purposing: Why Your Values at Work Makes You Happier and Healthier

In this PurposeCast, we bring you Bea Boccalandro, founder and president of VeraWorks, a global consulting firm helping people find opportunities to do societal good through their everyday jobs. Bea has worked with employees at Aetna, Allstate, Bank of America, and Disney and coined the term “job purposing”. Bea is also the author of Do Good At Work: How Simple Acts of Social Purpose Drive Success and Wellbeing. Her key directive? If your job doesn’t improve the world, improve your job with job purposing.
