Wellbeing 3.0 Webinar - How Baystate Health is Transforming Workforce Wellbeing
“We’re offering tools, support, and knowledge base to help people re-explore and feel connected to their purpose.”
- Jenna Bishop
In our most recent Wellbeing 3.0 Webinar, Baystate Health’s Jenna Bishop joined Kumanu’s Dr. Bob Carr and Eric Zimmerman to discuss workforce wellbeing thought leadership and strategies.
Jenna explained that Baystate Health, an organization with a history of award-winning employee wellbeing, knew they needed a different wellbeing strategy after witnessing the pandemic and great resignation. A lasting strategy needed to include collecting and responding to data pertaining to employee needs and wellbeing. And, it had to support employees in establishing a sense of purpose in both their work and life.
Watch the episode to learn about the data, strategies, and real-world results Baystate Health is implementing with success, and ways you can begin to transform wellbeing in your organization.
