Julie Pham, PhD, is the Founder of the 7 Forms of Respect and the CEO of CuriosityBased, which fosters curiosity in the world starting with the workplace. She is an award-winning community builder with more than 15 years of experience helping people from diverse backgrounds. Dr. Pham is the author of “7 Forms of Respect: A Guide to Transforming Communication and Relationships in the Workplace.” She earned her Ph.D. in history at Cambridge University as a Gates Cambridge Scholar and graduated magna cum laude from UC Berkeley, where she studied history.
